The conveying system is mainly used for the upper part of the frame, pre-treatment, electrophoresis, drying, strong cooling and lower parts. The workpiece is placed on the bracket by the electric single-girder crane, and the program-controlled driving runs to the top of the workpiece. The workpiece is manually hung on the hanger for pre-treatment and electrophoresis. After the processing, the workpiece is placed on the transfer vehicle and transported to the synchronization. The upper end of the double-chain conveyor hangs the workpiece onto the hook of the double-chain conveyor for drying and strong cooling. The system has a total of 7 program-controlled vehicles, which complete the degreasing, cleaning, surface adjustment, phosphating, cathodic electrophoresis, UF liquid cleaning and other processes.
